3 Benefits of Quitting Smoking You'll See in the Bedroom
OK, so you've been told time and time again about all of the benefits of quitting smoking. And while decreasing
your odds of getting lung cancer is great, there's even better news that you may not know about. Did you know that
when you quit smoking, it can really add to the pleasure you and your partner experience in the bedroom?
1. You'll have much better breath
Let's face it, no one wants to feel like their kissing an ashtray or laying next to someone who smells like a
sports bar after last call. The sooner you quit smoking, the sooner you'll get rid of that foul-smelling
Think of it this way -- the better your breath smells, the more your partner will want to be as close to you as
possible -- and that's always a good thing!
2. You'll have more stamina
You don't see world-class athletes sitting around puffing on cigarettes, do you? That's because smoking does a
number on your lungs -- specifically the part of your lungs that's responsible for preventing dust, dirt, and other
nasty stuff from coming in when you inhale.
Once those teeny-tiny areas are damaged, your lungs become your body's equivalent of the inside of a vacuum
cleaner bag -- filthy! As a result, you have a harder time drawing in oxygen. If you're not getting as much oxygen
as you should, your muscles will get tired faster. Before you know it, your stamina is completely gone!
Even if you'll never be a world-class athlete, wouldn't it be nice to know that you have the stamina to go 10
rounds in the bedroom?
3. You'll have better blood flow
You probably know that powerful erections can only happen if you've got plenty of blood flowing to the area. But if you're a smoker, your blood
doesn't flow as well -- meaning that your erections are in danger if you don't quit smoking!
Here's what’s going on:
When you smoke, your blood vessels shrink and fill up with plaque, which prevents blood from flowing like it
should. When you can't get enough blood flowing "down there", you can't have the erection you want. In fact, one of
the biggest benefits of quitting smoking is not having to worry about developing erectile dysfunction!
Making things worse, when your blood can't flow properly, it makes your blood pressure skyrocket. In addition to
all of the other dangers that presents, high blood pressure is also a common cause of erectile dysfunction!
Want even more bad news?
That decrease in blood flow isn't just hurting your erection; it's also hurting your muscles. When they can't
get the blood they need, your stamina level plummets.
Every time you light up, you're putting your entire bedroom performance at risk… Isn't
that reason enough to quit?!
